The Al Raha Beach Development was a landmark $20B+ master-planned waterfront community on Abu Dhabi's coast — one of the most ambitious real estate developments in Gulf history. Developed by ALDAR Laing O'Rourke, the program encompassed residential towers, commercial districts, hotels, marinas, and extensive infrastructure across multiple phases spanning many years.
Managing contracts, documentation, variations, and reporting at this scale required enterprise-grade systems deployed consistently across all contractors, consultants, and project teams. This became one of the largest Primavera Contract Manager deployments ever executed in the Middle East — 1,000 active users operating simultaneously.
