Overview

The Abu Dhabi International Airport Expansion was one of the largest and most complex infrastructure programs in the Gulf region — a multi-billion dollar, decade-long initiative to dramatically expand the capacity of Abu Dhabi's primary international gateway. PARSONS International served as Program Management Consultant with a team of 150–200 professionals coordinating across dozens of contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders.

Prior to the systems implementation, cost, schedule, contract, and executive reporting was done entirely manually — consuming enormous effort and introducing unacceptable risk of error on a publicly critical program. The mandate was to replace this with a robust, scalable program controls infrastructure that could serve the full 10+ year program lifecycle.
